So you have committed to the keto diet and you want to know what you can drink on keto. Water makes the most sense but it is boring. The lack of carbs in your body may make you tired as your body burns carbs for energy first. You need to replace the lack of carbs with other calories and your drink can help with that.


A commonly asked question is can I drink milk on keto? Cow’s milk contains natural sugar so it is not recommended on the keto diet. There are other plant-based milk alternatives that are keto friendly. Yes you can drink almond milk, coconut milk, macadamia nut milk, and flaxseed milk.


A lot of people want to know if they Can drink Coffee on keto. Yes you can drink coffee on keto because it is low in calories, low in carbs and sugar free. You do however need to watch what you put in your coffee because sugar is not keto, cows mink is not keto and coffee creamers are filled with sugar and carbs.
