Antioxidants are important in our diets and often times we do not get enough from the foods we eat every day. Antioxidants help fight free radicals which keeps you healthy from diseases. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to get an antioxidant boost in your diet try this quick and easy antioxidant smoothie recipe.

Antioxidants can be found naturally in blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, goji berries, Açaí berries, cranberries, grapes, and pomegranates. These are all great options to add in your antioxidant berry smoothie. We will be using these antioxidant berries in this smoothie. You can also find antioxidants in foods like dark chocolate, pecans, artichokes, kale, beans, spinach, and more.

The ingredients you will need for this recipe are 1 cup of REZ (Orange Mango), 1 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries, 1 ripe frozen banana, and Ice. The mix berries could be blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, goji berries, Açaí berries, and/or cranberries. A mixture of any of these antioxidant full berries would be great. You will also need a glass or glasses to pour it in and a blender.

After you have gotten all of your ingredients prepared it is as easy as putting all the ingredients in the blender and blending until smooth. When it is a cohesive, thick consistency it is ready. Pour and enjoy with any meal or as a fresh and tasty breakfast drink.
